General information, not advice
The site publishes factual comparisons and general information about property, business, retirement and living in Malaysia. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and nothing is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell. We are not licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia. Rules, prices and fees change: check the linked source and ask a licensed professional before you decide.
Accuracy
Every figure links to its source and shows the date it was checked. We correct mistakes as soon as we know about them (see our corrections policy), but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Rankings follow a published method and only measure what they say they measure.
Tools and calculators
Calculators (stamp duty, maintenance fees, rental yield and others) give estimates from the inputs you enter and the rules described on the page. They do not replace a quote from a lawyer, a developer or a tax adviser.
Third-party links and content
We link to official sites, developers, franchisors, the press and maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Photos and videos from third parties are credited to their authors and used under their licences.
