Who we are, what we publish and why.
Smart Invest Malaysia publishes rankings and guides about concrete money decisions in Malaysia: buying a home, the real costs of owning one, starting or buying into a business, retirement savings and moving to the country. Every figure links to its source with a date, every ranking uses a published scoring method, and nobody pays to appear in it.
Who publishes it
The site is published by ONE ACE, a company founded in Paris in 2023 that builds websites and digital tools. Its founder and director of publication, Affar Cheik, spends regular periods in Malaysia and edits the site.
What we will not do
- Tell you what to buy. We show what can be checked and what is missing.
- Rank shares, funds or REITs, or promote interest-based financial products.
- Publish forecasts, promised yields or sponsored rankings.
